Pingo is built to respect your privacy. Here's exactly what we do and don't collect.

No Cookies

Pingo does not use cookies. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, no cookie banners.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool that we self-host. It collects:

• Page views (which pages are visited)
• Anonymous usage events (e.g., "a card was generated" or "a PDF was downloaded")
• Referrer, browser type, country (aggregated, never tied to an individual)

Umami does not collect personal information, does not use cookies, and does not track users across sites. All data is stored on our own server — it is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Card Generation

All card generation and PDF creation happens entirely in your browser. No card data is sent to our servers.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Local Storage

Pingo uses your browser's local storage to remember your daily free download count and your theme preference. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
